Quite simply, Kent's Generator S&S is the best! From the consultation, to installation, to joining the FLEET PROGRAM - the process was streamlined and thorough. Our situation involved retiring the old generator of a different brand. Kent removed our old unit and was very mindful of the backyard since he needed machinery to remove our old unit easily and effectively. Our new Generac and all accessories to include the electrical panel and new gas piping are all very aesthetically pleasing and blend well where it's positioned. Once you've had a generator you never want to be without one. By being a part of the fleet program we never have to worry because we can choose what alerts we want and how we want them communicated. Kent's S&S will also receive these messages so they are well aware if any issues arise and can respond swiftly upon notification. The entire team that worked on this project were professional and very courteous. Kent will make sure that you understand how and why everything works. Regarding the pricing of our project, it was more than fair and we are extremely pleased. I'd give more stars if I could. Was looking for someone to install whole house generator, had two other quotes.A friend recommended Kent’s Generator Service. I was glad he did. The process was very painless, Kent did a great turnkey job. I might add the other two quotes were not only higher price with a larger generator than needed. Kent quoted exactly what I needed. Mr.Kent and his crew did a outstanding job installing our 22k generator. On the day of the final installation and Mr.Kent explained everything about the generator. After Mr.Kent was gone our power went out due to the power company working on the power lines . Like clock work the generator did it's job during the power outage. He kept us well informed throughout the process and always provided a prompt reply to all questions.
